Why Australia Is Much Bigger Than You Think
Why Australia Is Much Bigger Than You Think
First, we have to stop imagining Australia as a fixed, bounded landmass.
The Commonwealth has quite a few external territories made up entirely of islands that cover almost as much area as the mainland itself. Some even claim that Australia extends as far as the middle of the Malay Archipelago.
Depending on who you ask, you can find a lot of Australia amongst a few vibrant oceanic straits surrounding the continent...

Unlike its Latin American neighbors, Suriname was colonized by the Netherlands, giving it a unique cultural identity that's different from the rest of the continent. Tucked away in northern South America, Suriname borders Brazil and French Guiana and is part of the histor...

Why Did Central America Separate From Mexico? Imagine this: Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua. These countries were formerly a part of Mexico, in a time and place that many people have long since forgotten. These weren't merely adjacent nations; rather, they were provinces inside the expansive Captaincy General, often known as the Kingdom of Guatemala, a Spanish domini...
Japan's Abandoned Islands
มุมมอง 9128 หลายเดือนก่อน
If you look at Japan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs website, there’s some rather interesting information about the official territory of the country. The website says that the territory of Japan comprises the four large islands of Hokkaido, Honshu, Shikoku, and Kyushu, and other smaller islands Well, of course, the Ministry isn’t lying to you. But the phrase ‘other smaller islands’ is perhaps ...
Why Were The British Able To Conquer India?
มุมมอง 1.5K8 หลายเดือนก่อน
The British Empire in India was not a planned event. Initially, they arrived in India for trade, not territory, as they were mere businessmen, not conquerors. Eventually, the East India Company started to transform its operations from a simple trading company to a ruthless ruling empire. This transformation cost the Indians 200 years of their independence and enabled Britain to position itself ...

Will Taiwan be a part of China before 2030?
มุมมอง 499 หลายเดือนก่อน
Taiwan has been under the threat of China for decades. After losing the Chinese Civil War in 1949, the Nationalist Party of China retreated to Taiwan and declared itself the Republic of China. Since then, China has been waiting to cross some threshold of tactical superiority. China is assertive about claiming Taiwan as its own, while Taiwan seeks international support to maintain its autonomy a...
Why So Few People Live In The Center of Canada
มุมมอง 909 หลายเดือนก่อน
Despite being the second-largest country in terms of landmass, Canada has a surprisingly small population. With approximately 40 million people, nearly 90% of them reside within 100 miles of the U.S. border. Ontario, holding the highest population density with 14 million people, is primarily concentrated in the southern region. Strikingly, even today, southern Ontario remains sparsely populated...

Beyond The Ice: Exploring Greenland's Enigmatic Real Estate

Despite this, several American presidents, including Donald Trump, have shown interest in purchasing this island, e...

The Yucatan Peninsula used to be independent too, until Mexico took control over it. Although it did not separate from Mexico with (the rest of) Central America. In case any viewers wonder about Panama, Panama was part of Columbia. Until the U.S. helped Panama gain independence. By that time, the Republic of Central America had already collapsed. Belize was still a part of Guatemala.
Malaysia is a blessed country. The geographical position is very advantageous and strategic because it is protected 360 degrees by the surrounding countries such as Thailand (North), Vietnam (NE), Philippines (East), Kalimantan Borneo (SE), Java Island South), Sumatra (West). Malaysia is also outside the ring of fire and free from earthquakes and volcanoes. From the point of view of economic potential it will overtake Singapore. Singapore's economy will be saturated considering the lack of areas that can be reclaimed to build infrastructure that supports long-term economic development. Malaysia will have more states equivalent to Singapore in the future.
Ummm… I could make a comment about where the map of Tasmania on the women’s swimming teams togs is but I won’t lol…

Bast*rd, don't show Singapore if you are talking about Malaysia.
Let re energise SENAI AIRPORT into INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
*Malaysia wud have been richer much earlier just like Singapore if they practice equality among the races. Unfortunately, Malaysia did not practice this but give more priviledge to the natives, Son of the Soil, the Malays, the Orang Asli, the Dayaks in the jungle so they can catch up and progress to the level of other ethnic groups in education and wealth distribution of the country. There's no way these group can compete with the other races if the Government did not provide this 'positive discrimination'. Why Malaysia chose this path...?? To ensure no jealousy, envy among the races that can create tension in society. Yugoslav broke up because other ethnic groups were ignored and left off. Only Serbs were well taken care of. And it takes only a spark to create havoc among the ethnic groups. This is the mistake Malaysia want to avoid and Malaysia makes no apologies of her actions.*
Stay humble my fellow Malaysian. Slowly but surely we will be on top of the world then we will carry our fellow ASEAN together for brighter future

Since I’ve been back to Mexico (from the US) for the last two years, I have seen everything but a poor country. And while is true that, Mexico has big problems that need to desperately be addressed (such as inequality, the cartels) this country, is not the “miserable/unlivable place, that the biased media in the United States describes. People here in Mexico are huge time consumers. Prices are high, but people just buy. The restaurants are packed in the weekends (and even during the week, they’re quite busy). So are the movie theaters and malls. And so, despite the global economy, business stay afloat. I also see a much modern country, that keeps growing fast. Hence the constant construction of modern buildings/skyscrapers in its multiple major cities. Mexico does still have a long way to go, though. But so far, so good. 🇲🇽
The narrator really should take a course in proper pronunciation of Hawaiian names, if he is planning on doing any more Hawaii themed videos.
The foolishness of PAS leaders in refusing to take part in this successful process. They still want to grab power instead of cooperating for the benefit of the people in those 4 states. They are greedy. They only think about power. A foolish party.
Social Fascism? or playing both sides?
Amazing situation for malaysia. However the video isn't great as it focuses more on the history rather than the actual information it's trying to deliver. Also, other than Singapore being shown, Malaysia is mentioned while Germany DB Train station displayed, and when it says great medical system, it doesn't show it as great. Not a great video
Video topic: Malaysia Video example: Singapore 🗿🗿🗿
Hi stup.. thats singapore..

Lol bro what? You're talking about Malaysia but showing Singapore
You have to check AI assembled videos mate. It’s mixed with Singapore shots. Otherwise, nice script.
Mission impossible because the politic arena is unstable. Maybe in another 50 years,it could be improved. But with a revamp education system.

1. I do not know what you have been smoking. The introduction of the 1st New Economic Policy in 1970 was a farce. The educated locals call it NATIONALIZATION. Through this process only a few cronies benefitted. Fast forward now the few selected cronies are under investigation. 2. Education my arse. Since the 1st NEP the government have changed the medium of instruction from English to Malay and back to English and then back to Malay. 3. You are a bloody quack. You should fact check your statements before going public. 4. Education have flounded since 1970 with the standards being lowered every year to accommodate to quota. 5. Do you even know what is the Ginni Coefficient Index of Malaysia means? So how can Malaysia be a wealthy nation when 90% of the population is caught in the middle income trap? Do I have to elucidate you the meaning of middle income trap. 6. The so called industrialization plan was a complete purchased of technology from Japan and NOT HOME GROWN. I CAN GO DEEPER. I CHALLENGE YOUR REBUTTAL ANYWHERE ANYTIME
