Core shape, holes, and countersinking IGES to g-code using Bobcad
A few years ago a customer asked how to generate g-code to cut a snowboard core shape, binding holes and binding insert countersinking in BobCad v21. While this is a very old Cad/CAM package, viewers may still be interested in the workflow as other CAD packages often have similar features and would have similar workflow.

Demonstrating one way to create core thickness profile data and generate g-code to cut ski or snowboard cores on a CNC router. A customer asked us to show a workflow to taper cores using an old version of Bobcad so they can cut them on their CNC. While the video shows this done in BobCAD/CAM, viewers that use a different package should get an idea how to do similar steps in their own CAD package.
