“That weight. Ok.” I have been an athlete for most of my life weighing 108-130 for my height. A drunk driver hit me and I gained weight because of my long term lifetime physical injuries and inability to walk. I lost 179 pounds and got back to 120 pounds. Later, I was told I had a brain injury from the car accident which was affecting my ability for my body to respond to my brain, which affected everything. I have fought for 20 years over this brain injury. I met my fiancé at 120 pounds as a size 4. I discovered that my fiancé was a smoker, was a lying Drug addict, whore, thief and Narcissist who stole my identity and robbed me, he died June 10, 2021. Yes in my depression, I ate comfort food and gained weight. I have lost considerable weight with multiple injuries and multiple obstacles. And I continue to work on being healthy, one day at a time. Did you not notice that I was walking and actively working on improving myself? In this video I weighed 187 pounds. Every day I was visiting my dying father in the hospital making plans for Hospice while living in a Hotel after my home was Flooded. My Dad who I loved dearly had multiple cancers, he was a smoker for 69 years, he died September 27, 2024. I have lost an additional 30 pounds since September. I have demonstrated that I am actively working on my issues despite the obstacles. So what are you doing about your smoking addiction and your health?

how about changing your walk area that Does not have smokers around , it’s like not going into bar if you hate drinkers ,you can not change habits of others, you are suffering from this lifestyle of hate you need to escape this , go where you are loved not hated 😮❤😊

@@richscott2952Obviously you are misunderstanding what I said. In this video I was on a walk -NOT around any smokers on a TRAIL - I was enjoying being outside away from smokers. I am sharing that SMOKERS ARE DISRESPECTFUL because SMOKERS DISRESPECT SIGNS POSTED SAYING NO SMOKING HERE. SMOKERS SMOKE in ENTRANCE WAYS NEAR DOORWAYS WHERE SMOKING IS PROHIBITED. Non-smokers do NOT enjoy walking in CLOUDS OF SMOKE EVERY TIME non-smokers are entering into THE MAIN ENTRANCE OF THE HOTEL. SMOKERS ARE DISOBEDIENT TO RULES. This makes going to a 5 STAR HOTEL a POOR EXPERIENCE DUE TO SMOKERS SMOKING AT ENTRANCES instead of designated smoking areas.

I am a cancer survivor and I find it quite easy to avoid all smokers and smoke type places , you, my friend are a “Karan “ ! people that use all capital letters in a running sentence. Have big issues get some help. Like I said before you’re too busy yelling at other people instead of helping yourself.

⁠@@richscott2952I am glad you are a cancer survivor. Good for you! Emphasizing my points is how I used CAPS, and learning how to use a new iPhone. I spend the majority of my time away from smokers. As I said, my home flooded, therefore I was living in a hotel, there was only one main entrance in and out of the hotel and the smokers disregarded all the signs that said no smoking therefore, every time I entered into and out of the hotel -I smelled like smoke and was exposed to smoke. No one who is a non smoker wants to smell like a smoker or have their breath taken away.

As I cleaned out my Dads home after he died of multiple cancers/smoker, it was so toxic from the smoke stench. I am still detoxing my lungs and liver -months later after the smoke exposure.

Stay home, obviously you didn’t listen. My home was flooded, therefore I was living in a hotel while renovation was going on in my home. Smokers need to respect smoking signs and stay in their designated turf.

Have you ever done an Enema? Colonics? Parasite Cleanse? Fasted for 40 Days? Eaten raw vegan foods for 30 years then went back on SAD diet? Then you have no idea what I am talking about.
