i'm on the same boat 🫠 i was at my best physically/mentally during the beginning of the year and i feel like i've been slacking and just not enjoying the gym as much anymore. i am trying to still find motivation (if anyone has tips to stay motivated pls let me know lol) and going back to how i was before. i know what worked for me was following a 80/20 diet. i would stick to eating my meal prep during the week and eat foods i enjoy during the weekend (while still being mindful). wish you the best on your journey and don't be so hard on yourself!

As a stylist, I would tell you the suit is really nice and you could still wear it for a formal occasion or even on a night date in a nice restaurant. However I'd advise you to wear the suit with a black colar shirt and either no tie or a simple silk black tie to make the look sleeker and classier.

Your suit looks good to me. But I understand that it can be difficult to wear depending on the situation. In the end there are no rules, it depends on your personality. I like to be "discreet" so I wear a charcoal gray suit for work but I wouldn't be "shocked" if a colleague came with a green suit like yours (on the contrary I would find it daring).
