Hey Nicolas, it’s so cool that you can see this video so many years later! I’m the one who made it and it was wonderful for me to meet all these men. I’m still connected to some of them. I’m sure you’re doing great as you have some awesome dads.

I am so happy for those kids, I am 13 and gay and my 2 dads adopted me when I was 10 and it has been the best thing that ever happened to me. My 2 dads taught me about homosexuality on a regular basis and I started to realize that being gay was no different than being straight, they took me to gay pride parade every year and I was always meeting gay people that my dads knew. 2 years later after being taught in school for 3 years that gay is normal I had sat my dads down and told them how awesome it was to be part of the gay community. I told them that I didn't want to have a girlfriend and that I wanted to be gay just like them and they were very supportive of me and they told me that it was ok if i wasn't gay but I told them it just felt right for me to be gay and i cried in tears and they told me that they would accept me as gay, later on I met a boy my age who was gay and we became boyfriends and my dads also taught me more about being gay. my life has been forever changed. thanks dads

I hope to one day experience the feeling of having a child. How it will happen is still unclear because my state doesn't allow adoption to gay couples and the insane amount of money for a surrogate is out of the question. I can dream though!

I don't think I even need to say much if the quality of you grammar is anything to go by. You have unnecessarily stated a view which it is your right to hold. I would however suggest that you think about what you are saying. you are advocating the killing of another human being. The human element is the most important. You are not, first of all: gay, straight, trans, christian, muslim, buddhist; you are first of all a human, and as such should love and respect other humans who share this world.

thats ok. if i had even one father in my life growingup i wouldnt have cared if he was gay. to a child with a dead father and an absentee single monther i know that i can say without a doubt, being a good father doesnt mean being straight. it means being there and loving your child and teaching them how to handle the world and how to love others even though they do not deserve it.

Not sure what your idea of a "normal family" is. My sister raised 2 kids by herself, both college graduates by the way, My partner and I raised 2 boys, both in college by the way. We are families and we are normal. So what's your idea of a normal family? And please don't say a man and a woman. A large portion of kids come from single parent families. And they too are normal families.

It is good that gay people can adopt children, but the fact of the matter is that these children will never, ever be their biological children. Even if surrogate mothers are used, you only get to choose sperm from one, only one parent. So my point is, yes, gay families may be an alternative to, but never a replacement for, the normal family.
