    The sound quality, narration, and the bad transcriptions for the closed captioning in this video are all horrible. The only saving grace is the amazing photography. It was painful to listen to! You should absolutely redo this video! The information is too important. On a mobile phone the captioning is too tiny to read. The spelling is just jibberish and I am sad you put this poor quality video out compared to what it could be. I am a native, RVA, Virginian.

      Thank you for your comment. The bad audio and transcript are not the fault of the speaker. We are not professional videographers, and we will work on improving our recordings.
