Thank you for all of these videos!! It gives me a heads up to what I'll be seeing on June 7th.

I love your video! It brings back memories of our weekly runs up the mountain. I was training for Pike's Peak Marathon, A Mt Whitney adventure and running across the Grand Canyon, so this mountain was perfect. It is also so beautiful!!

I love this! These are my old home trails. I was born in San Diego and started running in 1964. I have run the Pacific Crest Trail 50 miler, two times, 1987 and 1988. Plus the Cuyamaca 50 km, eight times from 1989 to 2003. Oh, those were the good old times! We trained most weekends in the Cuyamacas or the Lagunas. Thank you for bringing back those wonderful memories! Even though it makes me realize how very old I am now!

Why was the route re routed?

Must of taken a lot of work to figure out the reroute to ensure a 100 mile and scenic course. Good job to all those involved! And thank you!

Might need to change the Tiki Bar Aid Station to a swim-up bar... with mermaids.

The part I have difficulty with is after you make the right turn at big bend going up that section with the slabs and lots of rocks and later coming back down through that section. You seemed to run all of that. Impressive. Thank you for the video!

my 2017 san diego 100 experience almost ended at Cibbets flat. Then a volunteer yelled at me to get my 'ass up out of that chair and get on the trail'! Too out of it to argue, I did just that and started feeling better 5 minutes later :)

How many miles is this? We're is the starting line??
