2024 Mustang Darkhorse Stage 2 Whipple & Kooks Headers Dyno
15 degrees outside and 52 degrees inside our Dyno Facility and we run our customers 2024 Mustang Darkhorse after installing a Stage 2 Whipple Supercharger Kit and Kooks Headers. Spinning on the dyno and catching at 6k rpm this car made a very impressive 743 rwhp. All on pump 93 octane!

We take a stock 2022 Shelby GT500 and run a baseline on our Dynojet. It made an impressive 670 rwhp. We then added a power pack upgrade from VMP Performance. The car now has a ground pounding 786 rwhp still on pump 93 octane fuel. VMP handled the custom tuning. Install was completed at Anderson Ford Motorsport.

Congratulations, and sorry to hear, haha. I’m 6’1 220lbs and am beginning to find my 2017 feeling a little small and crammed but it is what it is, all I really do is drive to work and the gym in it.
6'3 280 fit very nicely with plenty room to spare. Same exact color scheme. Looking forward to Whipple and kooks hopefully sometime soon to help drag my fat ass around.

my 04 Saleen with the ken belle upgrade sits at 415 rwhp , maxed for my 2v, when it had the factory lysholm 1600 with a custom tune it hit 385...90 MAF, custom tune, cold air intake..etc the Ken Belle was a great upgrade ( i blew the lysholm unit up is the only reason i upgraded )

I’m in the process of installing this V3 supercharger right now and I’m so glad I came across y’alls install video.. y’all have explained so many things I had questions about especially with the speed density situation and also overcoming the washer issue with the UPR small pump delete bracket.. if y’all could help me with one question? what size serpentine belt do I use with the 3G 200 amp alternator with the large pulley and I still have air conditioning
if you have the stock water pump pulley and all the other stock accessories with just a larger alternator/pulley it should only be 1/2" longer than a stock belt.

How much boost?
Is there any sound difference after installing the boss 302 intake manifold?
I doubt it it'll just Rev higher and hold power better at higher rpm. Anything that increases airflow will change sound weather it's induction or exhaust or whatever but typically you aren't gonna notice too much with just a manifold swap.
What kindof supercharger
Thanks sooooooo much for providing that belt #!!! I have the same set up, and was pulling my hair out trying to find the correct one! My mechanic had it routed on the other side of the water pump. It worked that way, but there wasnt enough belt wrap on the alternator. This caused some charging issues. Great vid!!
The TF stage 2 is the same as your old B4 cam, which is damn close to the B41hr cam. Except for the added lift and couple degrees of duration. It's like the TF stage 2/B4 cam with 1.7 rockers. So why step down to the B31hr? It doesn't really seem like an improvement... unless the ramp rates on the TF2 are slower?
B41HR will not clear stock pistons, the B31HR will clear stock pistons, has proper ramp profile for high revving and not beat up the stock valvetrain.
Shame on Trick Flow for coping Anderson on their "stage 2" cam.
Absolutely in love with this car. Seen its for sale won't last long I'm sure. I'm currently in the process of getting some money together to purchase a nice foxbody.

Actually I just Installed one on a new V3sci a Buddy Chris's 4eye 351HCI build. He bought everything from you guys. I think next trying to figure out your PowerPipe. He has smooth inerfenders. Anyway badass piece. 580whp on 9lbs.

Mine made 686/555 on 88mm pulley 93 pump gas. Made 716/570 on MS103 same pulley, 725/585 e30 tune 88mm pulley.
bro you need to shove the clutch in right after the pull so you dont load the motor with all that fuel thats why it back fired

How are the IAT temps without an intercooler with 10-12psi?
The highest we saw them on the dyno was 170 degrees without water/methanol

Production is being run now, once they are in inventory that is how they will sell. We are working on keeping the price the same.

Hi Donnie, Will from Silver Sport Transmissions. I ended up using NGK R5671A-8 for my TFS 11r190 comp heads on stock block 302 after discovering the hot autolight 3924 extended tip plugs gapped at .035 spark was being blown out from the boost. The new NGK plugs are now gapped at .025. With the old plugs being gapped at .035 the car made 497hp and 499 torque at 5500rpm to the wheels, then fell on its but after that because of the old plugs, plus the plugs was burnt up.
Hey Will, were you running a CDI box? How much boost were you making?
@AndersonMotorsports now CDI box yet, just the same distributor with TFI that's on your car. The boost was at 14lbs. The boost and everything started to fall past 5500 rpm. I can email you a picture of the Dyno Jet printout. I believe the IAT was probably high though, so looking into a intercooler system.
Not sure what fuel you are using but I'm pretty happy with the BKR7E's on moderate boost/power for street cars at the 5-700hp range. They seem to clean up fine and work without issue. I gap closer to .023, or less if no ignition box. With more boost I jump to the same plug you mentioned. I just don't think that cold of a plug is needed for most street cars on limited timing.
1000$ increase for a couple plugs seems a bit over priced

Yes, you can enter in whatever the odometer is or whatever you want it to be. Newradsolutions video goes into further detail on that subject.

Awesome! I have a 95 making 438whp with stock cam n crank. It’s got 60cc TF heads, forged 9.5:1 pistons, gt40 upper n lower ported, fuel pump, 60 injectors, vortech v2 s trim on 3” pulley with your power pipe. I currently am tearing it down to do a cam. Timing cover started blowing coolant so might as well do cam since I’m going that far.

I bought a VHX for my 88' GT. It is actually still in the box with the bubble wrap. Confirming I can use his wire harness? I also want to add on the electric fan, GPS/Compass, boost, IAT, and a TPMS module. On the website from Dakota Digital, it stated limited use for the TPMS module/sensors. Can the TPMS module be installed on an 88 GT? I'm also going to dump the T-5 for a T-56. I'm going to have a new 331 Dart block stroker with a new Kenne Bell supercharger. I want all the info I can get. I just want to make sure it's all compatible. Thank you.
Yes the Newrad harness will work with the VHX, it also works with gps module. I cannot confirm about the tpms module/sensors as we have not used them. That would be a question for Dakota Digital.
