Watching this again !! My brother D Brown is an AWESOME HUMAN BEING ❤🙏🏿
My Uncle Shabar “Tiny”, taught me the game.. Put me in my first basketball tournament in 265 in Fort Greene.. I was the smallest and youngest person on the team playing with the older dudes: Ice, Crumb, Pills, Mohammad, Dominique.. Ms. Price had me running up and down those same hills in Fort Greene park for tracc practice in PS 67..
Hello Marv From Logan Utah We loved you❤
Good listen Bob 💫 “KISS” Keep it simple stup&t ✨
Rob Kirsner is the absolute best. Thanks E & L!
This is phenomenal!!! Rob Kirsner the KING of the no look pass assist! I got hit with lots of those assists as a resident in Dermatology with him. Hardest working man in the field!
MUCH RESPECT FROM BRADLEY J MITCHELL
Thanks Eric and Les it's great to hear from a true Brownsville friend, teammate and mentor from South Shore high School / App State Legend. You guys do a great job with basketball legacy and lifestyles of great successful players.
My Dude The Backboard Breaker !! 😎🫶🏾🏀
Vikings For Life, watched South Shore Legendary baller in tournaments and PSAL COMPETITIONS Finally Vikings Tradition wasn't the New Kid On The Block 🏀🏀🏀
He was ahead of his time
MAL IS 302 ... Good old days...
Thanks for the update on a person, who may not remember me, but I learned from him back in the day. I wish him more success.
My Warrior Teammates !!!!! Love These Guys !!!
Mr Bubs , PS 5 park . Pure PG Game like Sam W.
Played with Liu crew in Rucker . Riley Rip was a friend . Grady is The best ! Play on a few masters teams with him
Wow I truly enjoyed this pod cast, man some of the stories and history of this great program was awesome. Coach Lambros shared some great stuff also it great seeing my 2 captains (Les and Carp )and some the background of these great players and how these outstanding teams developed. I wish I could I have stayed and played with some that great talent. It was great to see Ms. Sharon also , thanks for serving me orange juice back in 1980 since I didnt drank beer.
Great to see you all.Probably the best team at Wick ever. This is old man Sloan. Didn’t we lose to Maryland State and Marvin Webster.. Biggest crowd ever in the small gym. We should have won that game. Wasn’t Carp injured.?
That was before our time with Stretch Martin, We lost in my junior year to NY Tech in Gannon Pa by two points, That's the year Carp was hurt, Nice to hear from you 🙂
Al Jarreau was from Wisconsin He might have attended a Lincoln HS there
correct. It has been retracted
Great podcast. Never played for Ray, but had heard of him.
Good listen 💫
Great Conversation, I'm going to pull up the movie Airplane tonight 😂
Nice interview 👌🏾 🏀💯💥👑😎✌🏾
Pete Davis was and is a legend in Brooklyn. It was great to hear his life story. I am sure I bought gas from one of his stations. :)
Bubs! Pure PG and one of most mature, humble brothers I ever encountered when he was in HS!
❤🏀😎
Easily one of the best most accomplished guests you ever had. I really enjoyed listening to him. Les you missed shouting out my former next door neighbor Wayne Mackie RIP another very accomplished Tech alum. I had no idea Tech cut you 3 times. Great story.
Much Respect to you Brooklyn Legends, thanks for sharing South Shore Basketball Vikings. I played 4 years varsity co captain Bradley J Mitchell. Daryll Robinson Steve Daniel's Derek Hunt Kevin Blakely Larry McCardin joined the Varsity in 1972 which elevated our team and winning percentage. Being the School on the block South Shore, We faced NBA players just to name a few World B Free Phil Sellers Fly Williams Bernard King Bernard Hardin George Johnson Vinnie Johnson and I played for Greg Smith Jocko Jackson also Brownsville Brooklyn Legend where everyone who could ball met at B.R.C. on Saturday and Sunday mornings tournaments. Mostly everyone played or we were Coached by Gil Reynolds. All I can say is I was part of the first team South Shore Started and we always got bounced from tournament play and when Steve and Daryll and the crew was picked to play Varsity Basketball, not only did you guys make tournament and Andrae Stanley and John Salley is like family members and Church Members in Glenwood Projects. To the Ballers behind me Respect I appreciate the chemistry you guys had in making Shore Shore Basketball a Top PSAL Contender. Shout Out to Earl Fuller

Clinque is very knowledgeable about the sport, among many other things. Lincoln Pl. made long-lasting friendships.

I’m so happy that you got ray on there. Happy for him to tell his story. He’s a modest guy! But ray was the man😇
Thank you for bringing another great ole Brooklyn player to the forefront. I followed his HS career at AHam and didn't know why his college career turned out like it did.
Brooklyn Tech was in the house. Great show.
