Thomas It's been a while, but I need your opinion. Is it worth to get a Ninja 4x12 cab? I can get one and it's nice to have a pair of amp/cabinet in silver, but when the tone sucks... You've moved away from this combination and get attained to the Ampeg combination. Tell me your honest opinion. Should I get a Ninja cab?

so nice to see the shift from "if it aint tube its shit" iv always loved solid state amps back in the 90's randall esp has had some of the best solid state tones ever - Peavy has some and now the Boss Katana is king of modern day solid state tones

Is there much of a difference between using 2 notes captor and using line out into an amp cab sim?(Which i am doing because i dont have an attenuator)

Most vst synths and even some analogue synths (including Roland 808) have a 808 sub kick sound which is what they would have used

I have a RH300 G3 and i could never get it to sound right... until i opened it up a couple days ago and found 3 bad solder joints... one of which was a capacitor for the tone stack that wasnt soldered right from the factory... now I get god tier crushing tones. I KNEW something wasnt right. Its now my favorite amp!

What I love about Crowbar is, they churn out some of the heaviest riffs known to man, and they do it without the need for ridiculous 7 or 8 string guitars, like a lot of modern bands think they need to be heavy.

I just got a Kiesel that I picked up 1100 used, and those lithium pickups are insanely aggressive when you want them to be, but very low noise. I love em, they’re especially great for 8 string.

He used Randall xl cabs during the great southern trend kill with a rg100ht (which they have a little bit gain), furman pq3, mxr 6 band in frowned position, and from what I’ve heard the aphex 104 w/ big bottom to boost his tone for certain venues when he needed it! You nailed his tone dude, fuck yeah man!

A buddy just gave me a 1997 posted with their signatures. He wasn't a fan and it was collecting dust in his closet, and previously got it in a storage unit or something. Dime's sig looks nearly identical. How do I know if it's legit??

The randall is a absolute beast the marshall is not as deep but definitely attacks harder which is why my 2 favourite guitarists chuck Schuldiner and Dimebag Darrell used them both relatively in their on realms of metal, side note your playing reminds me a of Willie adler

Marshall Gold backs are made by celestion. They're ok but lack character and the highs need to be tamed. A Greenback, V30, T75 sound best with Valvestate. My opinion 🤘
