I find that in the remaster, things in the background have a tendency to look way out of focus. Even considering that I wear glasses, I don't see things anywhere near that badly out of focus when I don't wear them. It just feels awful.

I wish they kept the contrasty vibe of the first one. Everything seems so bright in the remaster. But everything else is awesome.

Its look like a reshade rather than a remaster.....

Sometimes the whole scene looks like overdone with rim lights to get a look of roundness of the faces / structure. and with that everything start to look more over exposed due to multiple light sources which are not in real, for instance see the @3:30 whole hologram person/ scenes is over exposed with rim lights / sheens / Fresnel effects , this is great example why not to over do when considering lighting a scene in a cave, just look how unnecessary lighting they punched in with holograms. but in reality it could be dim and only visible to character. so i found it over done and later they will use this garbage to make another Remaster of the Remake stuff and re-release with more money charged to the gamers. Shame that so much money and employees were reworking on this piece which wasn't needed , may be 10 years later from here with new engine. But i found this game delightful when launched but nowadays with second part released. they basically squeezing this too much for money or keep the franchise alive but felt w*ke now to which felt forceful expressions and too lengthy dialogue / monologs / gameplay. Basically this is over do of everything. Sad

Just personal opinion, the original has better clothing shaders and physics and even the textures at most times than not feel better in the original, but the remastered has amazing facial exposition and shading and contours that make it feel much more lifelike but still not like those hyper-realistic drawings so it still feels like a game .... Thank you for making the video btw :)

The inflections that the English voice uses makes her sound like she's voicing a straight to DVD movie. It reminds me of English voice overs for the old Chinese actions movies; stiff voice work with the vocal pitch going in the wrong direction and inflections on the wrong words, like they were trying to be campy on purpose. Contrast her with Sharen's voice, which is fantastic and nearly spot on for her character and there's a huge difference. The kicker is that Freyna's English VA's voice fits her looks pretty well, she just sounds inexperienced. The Korean dub for this scene is fire though. All the vocal cues for distress are audible in the Korean VA for Freyna. Sharen's Korean VA is my favorite though since she adds just right amount of inflection at the end of her sentences, it's like a vocal "I dare you to try me" kind of trail off. It's great. I was expecting Freyna's VA to go with "dripping with venom" kind of voice, but Sharen's VA gets closer to it than her, heh.

This type of glitch isn't new. I remember getting the Peel Trident In Forza Horizon 4 and it's rims would appear shrunk down to microscopic size.

Its wild how tracks are so different from game to game, even in the same series. I always wonder which one is more realistic since I never been to any of these real life tracks. width is different, building are in different spots, vista is different, etc, etc

I was gonna say "What's the point of doing a RT ON vs RT OFF comparison in this game? Because it literally looks the same to me, AND I have almost identical framerate!", --but then I saw my reflection in Freyna's pants! 10/10 graphics! Btw, how do you even play this quest? Do you need Freyna as an available descendant?
