This track goes a bit more into the direction of Melodic Techno / Progressive Trance with arguably even some Dream Trance elements. I'm still not sure if that Piano is maybe a bit too cheesy, but I also don't think there is anything that would have worked better. The drumstep used in the video is too similar to regular DnB. Drumstep is like halftime DnB but with that brostep bass and drums.

computers are shite
Some umbrella terms here are too close to one another. Making the whole thing rather confusing for beginners. For example, deep melodic techno with melodic techno, bunker techno too close to minimal techno, schranz close to big room techno ( add some speed on bpm); and hardcore, speedcore and even industrial core very similar. And this is why people call techno to anything and everything these days because there are so many labels. Good that this video is trying to clarify things. These days a different bpm for what can be essentially the same style can result in a new sub-genre.

It seems to work, but why if I analyze with REW using or not using the EQ curve, the result is always the same? Equalizer APO works, as turning it off makes a difference.
