Live online Peak Performer Workshop (PPW) conducted by MILT Training Foundation (India) for the Scholars (participants) of Shooting Stars Foundation (SSF)
Vision and Mission of Shooting Stars Foundation (SSF): Enabling access to education for one generation and empower them to break the cycle of poverty.
To achieve the vision and mission - SSF offer grants to first generation college graduates in developing countries to help them break the cycle of generational poverty.
In order to achieve this - SSF works with schools in low income neighborhoods to help students that need the extra support in shoring up fundamentals.
PPW consists of 8 weekend sessions of two-and-a-half hours each. Participants are trained during the live online sessions. Participants practice the learning and are guided on the implementation of the learning during the intervening days leading to the sessions. Each of the PPW batch consists of a maximum of 25 participants.
The final, 8th session is conducted as a Grand Finale, where participants give their Speech of Acceptance and express the impact of PPW in their life and career.
PPW delves on 3 important areas of life:
- Intellectual integrity,
- Emotional equanimity
- Spiritual realization.
Due to the intensity of training participants experience behavioural changes and experience renewed life during the period of the training itself.

MILT courses are more on doing, rather than merely knowing. The spaced-out nature of the course help participants to internalize and implement the learning to experience an exalted state of living and experience personal happiness and professional excellence.
MILT Training Foundation was founded by Mr. Aporesh Acharya. The 14 session, face-to-face, MILT Leadership Course (MLC) and the 8 session, live online, Peak Performer Workshop (PPW) are conducted by Daniel Jacob, MILT Accredited Trainer.
