Easy & Tasty Maggi Recipe in a Rice Cooker! 🍜
Ingredients:
• Vegetables: Carrot, beans, capsicum, tomato, coriander leaves, green chili, garlic, onion
• Spices: Salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, Maggi masala
Steps:
1. Start by boiling Maggi noodles in the rice cooker until they are soft. Drain and set aside.
2. In the same rice cooker, heat a little oil and sauté garlic, onions, and green chili until fragrant.
3. Add chopped carrots, beans, capsicum, and tomatoes. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
4. Stir in salt, turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder, and Maggi masala. Mix well.
5. Add the boiled Maggi noodles back into the cooker and toss everything together.
