less pressure and more self-compassion may add to our human-experience and may make getting up a little bit lighter. I struggle with being a morning person as well, but finally believe that being a morning person doesn't equal success. there was a book about successful artists and their daily routines I read once and found everything in there - morning, evening, midday people, breakfast, no breakfast, minimalists versus maximalists, talking to other people or being very introspective etc. very inspiring. and in sum telling us to be, who we feel like being and who we ultimately are. doesn't mean staying in a pattern but does mean changing only if that benefits us and is truly what we want to do - and not doing it for pressures from outside.

It’s been a struggle, but I’m learning to give myself grace as I navigate the seasons and how they affect our systems. Thank you for sharing your experience with us! It’s definitely challenging to become the person you want to be, but we’ve got this! It’s also so important to celebrate those moments when we achieve what we’re striving for-like, in your case, waking up at 6 a.m. and trying again. Those wins matter!

As someone that is a morning person... old tv-shows like pokémon, inazuma eleven, beyblade, yugioh were part of the reasons! as a kid, that filled me with so much excitement that it slowly ended up becoming my routine to wake up early... also when i moved to the Netherlands more than a decade ago i used to stay at my grandma who was an early bird too. _moral of the story: surround yourself with people like that + make sure you have something to wake up hyped for!_

I came to this video because i related to it so damn much. And man let me tell you...you're one hell of a filmmaker. Like you AINT PLAYIN! The cinematography and color grading, together with the rather calming storytelling is such a good fit Paolo. I know what it feels to achieve your dream and not know what's next. It hit me sooo damn hard last year. Burnt out and spent what feels like close to a year barely creating. I had to look for another inspiration, maybe even bigger goals. And although im yet to find one, that's okay. I just need to follow the things that spark my curiosity. Give me energy. Hope this is of some help, keep making these videos whenever you can and protect that inner playful child, that continues to experiment and do things with play ❤‍🩹
