I’ve just bought a new house and the electricity is connected to the house but I don’t know how to work the unit and also there’s nothing showing on the unit can you help
If it's new house, best to check with builder and they should have provided user manual for all electrical units on the property, if not I would ask.

Yes, you can use the boost buttons to turn on off the central heating or water heating manually as well
