Best Oat-Banana Bread (no added sugar)
Sweetened naturally by the added bananas, you won’t be needing another gluten free banana bread.
To reduce the baking time, bake in a wider pan.
Had to cut it immediately after baking as my fam couldn’t wait for it to cool. It’s firmer when allowed to cool. To make it denser, reduce the baking powder to 1tsp.

Ofada rice is a type of rice grown mainly in Ogun State, Nigeria. It has a unique taste and it’s a delicious local delicacy. Made this for 12 adult guests. I used: - 9 cups of Ofada Rice (make sure to thoroughly wash). - Some Palm oil. - Onions. - Smoked panla. - Pepper mix. - Seasoning, and desired spices. - Vegetables used: Fluted pumpkin leaves and spring onions.

These cookies are chewy, delicious and I believe they are healthy. I made these with: 3/4 cup/75g Whole grain Oats 2 TBS Flaxseed (blended together into an Oat-flaxseed flour). 3/4 cup /56g Grated coconuts. 3/4 cup/75g Whole grain Oats. 1 tsp Baking powder. 1/8 tsp Salt. 1/2 tsp Cinnamon. 2 Small bananas (75g) 1 large whole egg. 2 TBS Olive oil. 2 TBS Honey. 1 tsp Vanilla essence.
