    What is brand do you recommend

      If you are in the US, I prefer to work with Sta-Flo from Purex (found at Wal-Mart). The advantage is that it is not an aerosol, but the disadvantage is that it is large quantity (but still reasonably priced) The main thing you have to pay attention to is that there are no softening additives/agents added to the starch, and that it is simply just starch. The softening agents are good for ironing clothing items, since stiffness may not be desired for wearables. Here’s a blog post I did comparing a couple of brands: campbellsoupdiary.blogspot.com/2017/08/10-best-starch-applique-tips.html

    Interesting! Have you ever tried a liquid starch like the US brand Stay-Flo? I hate to buy the cans if I don’t actually need the propellant.

      I'm not sure if I have tried that brand before. I know that several brands I tried had extra additives in them, which did not hold as well. I have only used a non-aerosol version in Germany. The brand offers three strengths - number three is too strong, but the number two is close to what I use. I do still notice a difference, and prefere the can. I will have to put it on my list the next time I travel home. Happy sewing!

    What is the name of your mini iron and where can I order one from?😊👍

      @campbellsoupdiary9273 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Originally, it was under the name Komerci. and listed as a DIY Heating Tool. I have also found the same iron under the name Pollin, as well as other brand names. Hope this helps!
