She spent a lot of time in Edinburgh, and it was there that she wrote some of her most famous books. Plus, so many Harry Potter landmarks are inspired by Scottish places! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 But i get your point of view. I suppose it's whether you have to be born in Scotland to be Scottish? I don't know.
