Lol I currently use an intel 660p which is like, 5 years old+ and I’ve had it since 2020 so just over 3 years now, and mine boots up about the same, maybe even faster somehow. But i found this video because I actually just bought the 980 pro 1tb last night and will be installing it tonight and cloning it soon but this cheap intel SSD has been a beast for me, it’s literally the only component that hasn’t been changed since I started upgrading from the prebuild, every single other component is different and the RAM, CPU and MOBO I’ve actually swapped out and upgraded twice. Sadly I lost windows on this last upgrade to 12th gen intel and a z690 board but I was able to get it for free by using a USB drive and a friends laptop and then the rest is a secret. But i paid $55 for the 980 pro 1tb so I got a decent deal.

Too slow, my laptop with crucial sata 3 SSD with cruciala momentum cache enabled boots up 6 or 7 seconds
Laptops generally boot faster then desktops but that doesn’t mean it’s better. Desktops often offer a way better price to performance compared to laptops. And they also don’t thermal throttle as quickly.
Why is it so slow? It’s the #1 SSD.

@Platinum I've never heard of that one, I remember about 2 years ago all the black and green screens from those amd cards but not from fast boot? But honestly iv only been into computers the last 3 years or so and am still just learning lots. I know absolutely nothing really about in depth computer stuff and the fact I could snap a few ram sticks in and my gpu and apply some paste for a fan honestly is not a big feat. My bios set up was real straight forward so iv got no answers for you and no help but hopefully you find a solution because iv never heard of that problem or had that issue but seriously good luck with that 👍
