Helpful, thank you. I, too, fell in love with growing zinnias this past season. They’ll be all over my property in 2025!
Turned out so beautiful! I love the outside of your door - is it carved wood or did you add appliques to look like that?
Thank you so much!! Our door is wood and carved! We're not sure how old it is but it's most likely quite old and the charm is so fun 🤗 Thanks so much for watching!
Rubber gloves with that putty girl, I don’t know what chemicals are in there😮 Freaking adorable ❤❤❤ making this weekend❤
I hope it goes well! Thanks so much for watching! 🍄
7:47 Beautiful job on the Coop! Maybe putting a lip on the top nesting boxes might make them feel more secure. Although We notice our chickens seem to like some boxes more than others too. Nooice! 😎 STOC
That's a great idea! Half of them like the box and half of them just lay the eggs on the ground picky things 🤣 Thanks so much for watching!!!
Beautiful
Thanks so much!!!
Great little coop and pen. love ducks but they are the messiest birds. The water will always be dirty and around the waterer will always be muddy. I’d love to have ducks again but they won’t be in my chicken pen. Lol
That's good to know! Haha Ducks seem like so much fun but the mess is going to be tricky to figure out. Thanks so much for watching!! 🤗
Love! Great job!
Aw thank you! Thanks so much for watching! 🤗
I'm watching it!
😅
How did you attach the slats to the wood on the wall side?
We attached the horizontal piece into the studs and then used a pocket hole jig to drill the support slats into that horizontal piece! Hope that makes sense! 🤗 Thanks for watching!
Food forest!
Yes I love that idea!! I've been looking into food forests and wanted to incorporate that into our yard instead of doing traditional landscaping 🤗
It is my first time on your channel and I have just subscribed. Thank you so much for sharing. Keep up the good work. All the best on this journey. I love your video 😊
Aw wow thanks so much friend!! Thanks so much for watching! Lots of fun things to come 🤗
That is so cute I love it
Thanks so much!! 🤗
What did you paint the foam with?
I just used acrylic craft paint I had on hand! I probably could've used something more meant for outdoors but they weren't bothered by any weather! Thanks for watching!
Moved into our latest military accommodation and it’s a sprawling space on the grounds… Needed two different areas for kids play and entertaining. Got concrete work done and was wondering how to continue my Victorian theme decor outdoors… No sooner did the thought pop in my head, did I type “Chess board floor concrete”… Lo and Behold, I find your precious video ❤ Much love !
That’s so awesome!! I’m glad it helped with your project and thanks so much for watching!! 🥰
@ Godsend… Update : Concrete has collapsed 🤣
What do you think we should do on the last section? 🤔
Where is the link for the projection download? Or which atmosfx video is it?
atmosfx.com/products/musical-skeletons This is the one we have! Hopefully that helps! 🤗
Where is the link for the projection download?
It should be in the link of our other video!
The part Labeled as a 4" Split piece. That is called a 4" Wye.
Thank you that's so helpful! 🤗 Thanks so much for watching!
Very helpful. Thank you for digging this up
Yay I'm glad! Thanks so much for watching!! 🤗
Great idea! Thanks for sharing all the details and making it easy to duplicate. I liked your video especially because you were clear and concise and did not drag the video out. So many content makers take too long, people are busy and this was perfect!
Wow that's a huge compliment thank you!! I totally know what you mean when you're on the hunt for info haha Hopefully it helps and thanks so much for watching! 🤗
I’m curious... what’s the purpose of having ducks? For different eggs?
Ducks can have more personality than chickens and are better bug foragers without tearing up your yard/garden from what I've looked into! The eggs are also much richer and sound fun to have those as well! We'd probably have our ducks be more like pets haha We are hoping to get runner ducks specifically!
Hi! Does this means the white squares are actually bigger than the black ones actually? But not obvious at all though :)
They are the exact same size! It kind of looks that way but the template square I used was the same for the whole porch 😊 Thanks so much for watching!
@@Emhaleshome shit you used a template square why didnt i think of that! ty for commenting that!
I love the playhouse coop! ❤
Thank you so much and thanks for watching! 🤗
Thanks for watching and supporting! What do you think about these feeders? The materials used are in the description. See you in the next video!
really beautiful setup! i like the playhouse lol
Thank you so much!! There's so many fun ways to make a coop and the playhouse totally worked for us! 🤗 Thanks for watching!
But isn't letting the chickens in and out part of the fun ? 😳
Haha it is totally fun! 🐔 We added it on since we travel to family a lot and didn't want to keep asking neighbors to go over twice a day but we can always take it back off too!
I wanted to see the end of your feeder. I have the same feeder but no matter what type of end I put on it my chickens pull out all of that feed looking for the Golden Nugget and make such a big mess
After we made the video we had the same problem! We added a cap that we cut in half and glued on the end so it kind of looks like a half moon and helps keep all the food in! I'll try to show an updated pic! Thanks for watching!
Thank you so much for taking the time to reply
Did you catch our top 3 favorite additions at the end? Thanks for support! We are so close to 1k subscribers! 🥳🥳
I’m gonna do this on my small Entrance concrete floor
I hope this helped and that it goes well for you!! It's been a couple years since I did this and it's still holding up perfectly! 🤗 Thanks for watching!
this is gorgeous! is the film removable once it’s fixed? i’m wondering if this would be renter friendly
Yes it's totally rental friendly! You can just peel it off like a big sticker it's not permanent but mine has held up tremendously! 😁👏🏻
That is so beautiful!
Thanks friend!! 🌾🌻
Great inspiration, and you even shared your mustakes, but it looks lovely. Im thinking of doing the same to my galley kitchen floor over terrazzo. Thanks for sharing 😊
Well I make lots of mistakes and hope that helps others! Haha 🥰 I'm sure that will look gorgeous! Thanks so much for watching!!
Please what's the music, I love it so much! Also beautiful work!
Beautiful
Thanks so much! 😊
This is the perfect tutorial! So cute! Thank you! Did you end up using bondo for that crack or just patched it up with more wood filer?
I need up just using more wood filler and it worked great and has held up perfectly over a year later! 🤗 Thanks so much for watching! 🍄
Thank you! I want to do my old kitchen floor! Beautiful job!
I'm sure it'll look beautiful! I love it so much I wish I could have done it somewhere inside my house! Thanks for watching! 🤗
Oh gosh don’t listen to moms in groups about how to price things. I used to be a professional photographer and those same moms buy cameras and charge bargain basement prices for work and never make any real money. It looks like you’re using at least 10 flowers in those bouquets or close to that - I’d say easy $20-25 for a bouquet like that. You have to include your time making the bouquets, supplies outside of flowers, time to grow them, ones you have to throw away and replace, and on and on. Your goal should be something like having ONE bouquet left at the end of the day instead of selling out halfway through!
That's such good advice! I guess since this is my first rodeo I'm definitely learning and hope to try different things (one of those raising my prices) and expanding my flowers! Thanks so much for watching 🤗
A dollar per stem of California giant zinnias is actually a fair prize. It is right to account for time and effort to grow, harvest and arrange, but the type of flower makes a difference too. $15 would be reasonable for those but you also have to serve your customers well, especially when they’re getting to know you. If the first week they were $10, better add a little something or wait till next season before upping the price. Something to consider for the next round, though, is that the stems of greenery are also worth something, even if $0.50 each, so say 8 stems of beautiful zinnias with 2-4 stems, depending on how full they are, of that greenery are well worth the $10.
@@lilacmileI learned early on in my business to value the customers who valued my work, not the ones looking for the best deal. If you put out a good product, you don’t need bargain hunters. People will pay for quality, for good service, they’ll even pay more just because they like you… there are a lot of factors that go into pricing. Once you learn to ignore what everyone else is doing and price yourself accurately you will be much happier in what you are doing. I got paid ridiculous amounts of money for the weddings I’ve photographed because I made an experience for my clients, not just showed up and snapped some pictures for bargain hunting brides. Trust me - prices are not set they are cultivated.
@@RionPhotography As an educated customer who knows the value of a particular product, I’m always willing to pay what it’s worth. Happily share what I know with sellers who might not, but steer clear from price gougers. And in general from people who miss the point from way up their high horse.
@@lilacmile Willing to pay what the flower is worth or what a vendors time and talent is worth? You are telling us repeatedly what the value of a flower is, but that isn’t what anyone should be selling… they should be selling themselves, their talent, their time, etc. That is not something you can dictate a price on. If you want to go buy a flower, then go pay a buck and buy a flower. You seem to be the one up on a high horse who really has no idea what the conversation here is actually about nor do you seem very business minded, you seem bargain basement consumer minded which is not someone anyone but Walmart should be marketing to if their goal is to actually have a sustainable business.
Stunning
Thanks so much!! 🤗
And you rocked it dude. The Halloween force is strong with this one 😂🖤 totally awsum
Haha thanks so much!! Looking forward to making more this year! 🎃🕯️
@@Emhaleshome I'm already working on mine. Hurry up and start dude time is flying fast. 🤣 happy Halloween 2024. 🎃🦇
First year zinnea too. Dollar tree seeds. Big and beautiful and I have loved the bouquets ! They last forever in a vase . I amm excited tonplant a lot more next year !
Yay that sounds wonderful!! I hope to do the same next year! 🌼👏🏻
Pretty, please don’t undersell yourself and other fellow flower farmers. Those are LESS than wholesale prices! I’m sure you wouldn’t want to undercut your local farmers. It’s very hard work. You and your flowers are worth more🌺
What would you price one of these bouquets at? I just went off of the pricing everyone on my zinnia community page shared but I'm open to all opinions! 🌼
Where did you get the bag of seeds? What brand?
They are linked in my description! They are from Amazon 🌼
Wow! You did it! I’m glad you had a successful day. Keep up the good work 👍🙋🏻👒
Thank you so much friend that's so nice of you!! 🌼🥰
Hi! That was a great business idea! Flowers are pure happiness! I would love to have the pastel bouquet!
Aw thanks friend!! That one is my favorite too! Flowers just make everything better ☺️🌼 Thanks so much for watching!
Great job on the color palettes. 🤗🙏🏼😍
Thanks so much! 🥰 Still learning but it's been fun to try out! Thanks so much for watching! 🌼
Great idea this can be co-op farm stand
Yes I hope I can work my way up to that! 🤗 Thanks for watching!
Your dress is beautiful. Is it by daughters of india by chance?
It's not but that's the exact style I was trying to find! I linked the dress in the description! 🤗🌼
@Emhaleshome It looks just like one. Thank you I just ordered mine. ❤️
with your skills, I am sure you will be successful with your plans for next year!
Aw thank you!! I sure hope so and I hope I can expand in different areas in my yard as well! Thanks so much for watching! 🥰
I am so sorry for your loss. the climbing rose is a perfect symbol of love, life, and family. What you and your husband have done is absolutely amazing! I don't know how you can go from never having used a power tool to what you have accomplished! Outstanding!👏👏👏💐
You're so kind thank you so much 🤍 We definitely started out from the bottom and learn something from each project to help us with the next! 🤗 Thanks so much for watching!
I would buy all of them !!!! GORGEOUS!!! You definitely need a cash box....people are honest....they would pay a small business! I don't use VENMO or ZELLE for privacy reasons.
Aw you're so sweet! Yes people were absolutely all about the cash so a cash box will be a must next time! 👏🏻 We used to have a little clothing boutique and everyone preferred digital for that so I guess just more options the better! Thanks so much for watching! 🥰
