We don't advocate cutting them like this but did this to demonstrate they will empty 🙂 Left plenty time between emptying & then cutting. By removing the pin, these cylinders can be marked empty & then safely recycled ♻rather than the current method of leaving these with the pins in & the issues that come with that No MacDonalds were harmed in this experiment 😍

We sat it in a sink of warm water for about 20 mins after emptying it - It didn't fill but I would say it got around 75% full of warm water. We them allowed that to empty before cutting! Is that enough to clear it? I probably should have let it sit longer! 🙂 Thank you for your advice... It is needed as you can see. 🤣

This is why we are promoting this Allen Key allowing installers to fully empty the canisters Grinding it open was just demonstrate that they are easily emptied making them fully recyclable ♻️🙂

Once cured you will need to gently apply heat to re-open the threads 🙂 It can be done!

Hi...Leave around ten mins to set & you can put water through the join. After 24hrs it will hold up to 700Bar 😯. Very important the threads are new & clean. Old, pre used threads are less suitable as you can never get them properly clean. If you need any help get in touch 😊

I've used it on leaking trv head,sealed in seconds ,so it's good to leave for 10mins but it does work instantly.
