She is the expert of legatos very smooth and command of the bow. One thing though: Bach's music tends to lean towards the hapsichord which was not at all a legato instrument

Wow, these final 3 pieces are really something, they seem very personal and intimate, which suits the viola quite well. Also kudos to Mrs Meidell for such a fine performance.

It would be appropriate if you mentioned that Bartok left the work unfinished, and that his friend and colleague Tibor Serly edited an orchestrated the entire piece from Bartok's 13 page draft.
