​@@myseglis I'm officially retiring from streaming and today will be my last stream. I started streaming 6 years ago as a hobby and fell inlove with making content. In 2020, I started streaming full time and I feel so lucky to have been able to play games for a living for as long as I have. I've recieved so much support from my friends, my partner, my mods and my community to make it all happen. Since I started streaming my life has revolved around Twitch. I've been very vocal about how unhappy I am with them and the changes they've made. It's not the only reason for me leaving but it plays a part in my decision. The changes I've made to my life this past year; focusing on my friendships, fitness and allowing myself to take longer breaks away from streaming have made my life 100% better. The thing I've come to realise is that the lifestyle I'm striving towards doesn't work very well with being a streamer, at least in my experience. The grind mentality has broken down the passion that I had for making content and I struggle to find that anymore. I feel incredibly grateful to everyone that has supported me these past 6 years in making my childhood dream job become a reality. Overwatch was the game I started with and low key an obsession for the longest time. I'm thankful to all the friends I made it that community, I've made some friends for life that I'II continue to know even past my years with twitch. I have had some incredible memories in this game, the cupcake streams, cursed cosplays, reaching top 500 (my diamond pharah days could never), all of the Overwatch front-page features. It was such a sick time and I really miss the days of Overwatch so much. Obviously the ow burnout hit around 2021 and I started to get hooked on ApexLegends.
