I like all the digital artifacts caused by the rain...you can see the reflection of lights from the house across the street lines up with the unknown light anomaly... rain water might be causing the light to temporarily reflect off something... I would want to know what is at the curb on the house across the street that could cause this effect... but the light reflection on the roof of the Chevy lining up with the artifact prolly debunks this... thank you for posting though!
