Thanks finally something that got me a bit farther than I have ever been. but now I need to figure out the rest of it. How to put windows on a scan disk or a micro-SD card or any other device to finish the fix.
I wish this would work with WinXP.
It is possible, but you might have a few issues with modern PCs

I can get in with the guest but our computer does not have a password so It's confusing to be able to log on. Any tips?
If the account doesn't use a password. You dont need to enter one. If it gives issues just make a temp password

I can only connect to other computer in the same network. It doesn't connect to computer in external network. There is something else to be done
i believe on the step he said "don't use a proxy" you're suppose to choose "use a proxy" to be able to connect to device outside of your network.
