Dear Tjok Gde, My journey of reconnecting with my Balinese roots and discovering the microcosm and macrocosm concepts has been incredibly enriching. Your video provided profound insights into these ideas, demonstrating how we are integral parts of the universe and not separate entities. Your explanation of how these concepts can be applied in daily life through mindfulness and responsible actions was particularly impactful. It’s a powerful reminder of the ripple effect our individual actions have on the larger world. Your practical advice on making sustainable decisions and fostering kindness was very helpful. The spiritual aspect of the microcosm-macrocosm relationship you discussed, especially through meditation and Ayurvedic practices, resonated deeply with me. It highlighted the importance of balancing our inner and outer worlds to achieve harmony. Thank you for creating such valuable content. Your ability to integrate these profound ideas into your life and encourage others to do the same is truly inspiring. Your video has greatly enriched my understanding and appreciation of these timeless concepts. Matur Suksma & Rahayu , Tjok Gde IB Putra and warm greetings from Amsterdam

As @mayogiyoga7921 said, such a pity there are audio problems.. would love to see a remake of this one with good audio. However, I’m so glad I found this series and this channel. As a half balinese growing up in the west, far away from the the beautiful island of my ancestors, it’s hard to keep in touch with the culture on an intellectual and especially spiritual level. Thank you Usada Bali for making all this knowledge accessible! Om, santi santi santi, om

If an asian man married a white girl, their kids looked more western than asian and they’re damn cute.. and if a western man married an asian girl, their kids looked more asian. But Most white girls aren’t into asian men because they’re generally short and weak.. But men, white or not, usually prefer shorter girls to the taller ones

What are the white spots on her forehead? I saw them in a different location on her brother's forehead and thought they were grains of rice. I wondered why the cameraman didn't let him know...but she has them. My brother married an Indonesian woman. She is into herbal medicine. Indonesia has a rich history of herbal medicine, but I'm not aware of much research on the effectiveness of the various herbs. I don't know why Indonesian food isn't more common in other countries. It is very complex in flavor, with a host of ingredients. Most traditional cooks don't even know their recipes as modern people would expect. They grew up using a handful or a pinch. They look, feel, and taste to determine if it is right. If exact recipes are desired, it may be good to find the ingredients, weigh or measure them before the traditional cooks uses them and afterward. You could then get exact proportions and create modern recipes.
