I found a metal dollhouse at the dump today. Practically RAN with it to my car! Had a bag full of plastic furniture inside, too! Mine appears to be more 80s, though. I’d love to have one like yours!

I’ve been curious about this first book. Thanks for sharing about it! It reminds me of my childhood dollhouse - using cardboard boxes for my house and then making everything for it from common objects around our house. I used bottle caps to make pies, matchboxes to make dresser drawers, broken jewelry to make chandeliers, etc. Good memories. Thanks again, Kathleen.

Thanks for the video. I'm about 90% done the kit, except I've been struggling with the lighting waaay more than you did! I'm going to have to buy more of the wire and heat-shrink tubes, as I've had to redo them so many times. Do you know what gauge both the wires and the heat-shrink tubes are approximately? I couldn't find the information on line.

I'm working on a house like the big one you have now, I got it for $30 at Community Yard Sale, finished the livingroom, I see yours and it looks so spacious. I usually don't go by era, it depends on what I have and what comes up. Thanks for sharing.
