What I tend to do when im finished with the straw and it’s empty and there’s still a half a glass of milk I just put some hot chocolate powder or milkshake powder in the glass of milk so it don’t go to waste as I don’t like the taste of milk on its own and won’t drink it

it is a subscription and i think most of these problems stem from you, not the company. It is quite obvious you would need to select your meals because they are prepping you the week prior to see what you want? Food is great tasting, high salt because its low calorie, and those headaches are probably from lack of hydration as you're intaking more salt with these meals. Most of these issues could easily be mitigated/resolved.
