100g All-purpose flour
60g Corn starch
60g Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
1 Egg
15g Butter (melted)
90ml Milk
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Batter
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, corn starch, sugar, and salt. Mix them well.
Whisk Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk the egg, melted butter, and milk until well combined.
Combine: Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture, stirring constantly until you get a smooth, lump-free batter.
Transfer to Ziplock Bag: Pour the batter into a ziplock bag, and seal it tightly. You can snip off a small corner of the bag to use it like a piping bag for easier drawing of shapes.
Step 2: Cook the Shapes
Preheat the Pan: Heat a non-stick pan over low flame. It’s important to use low heat to prevent burning.
