Yelan can work quite well but the energy particles generated from Albedo's field are essential for Noelle to keep her burst up, specially when there aren't enough enemies to kill because her skill does not generate any particles at all. Albedo is super energy positive since you just need his skill, has a huge field and can be kept up at all times so he is quite incredible as an off field support for Noelle.

E2 Acheron is already future proof, E6 Acheron is as good as it gets. She is future proof with a ton of utility (weakness ignore, tons of damage boosts etc). Plus, she is HoYoverse' golden child (she has a "version" of her in their other titles as well, don't want to spoil the story so I'll leave it at that), you can't go wrong with her. Good luck!
