the council didn't "turn a blind eye since the 1960s" - it was originally public housing and the units were built in the 1960s. It was sold and rezoned in the 1980s. Some how not all the units were demolished and continued to be inhabited - that is what the council ignored

I have traveled so many years Australia. First I land Melbourne or Sydney . Because my brother lives in Melbourne my sister lives in Sydney. Since 2014 I never did travel because of cost of living plus I am not young anymore. In Australia all things are exorbitant prices .
