    For me it's the recession resilience because I don't like to lose money. Sounds simple but if you lose 20% in value, you need a 25% gain to get back to square 1. That's why Warren Buffett's Rule #1 is don't lose money.

    You pay for your landlords property taxes. And if they go up, your rent may go up. There’s nothing "predictable" about rent. Especially right now

    • @LeoYoungRealEstate

      Nothing predictable about homeownership either - insurance goes up, taxes go up, contractors charge more, etc.

  • @piccolo917
    @piccolo917 ปีที่แล้ว

    If you are renting you still for all of those, they are just added up before being presented to you. Oh, and you pay a fee on top of that

    • @LeoYoungRealEstate

      Depends - if renters truly pay for all expenses there would be no foreclosures because all expenses are accounted for

Seller paid closing cost as per offer (This is not guaranteed it has to be negotiated). The house needed minor repairs. The seller offered to pay $5k in repairs or $1,500 cash to buyer at close. You can then opt to apply that $1,500 to the first mortgage payment.....Side Note... I have a 100% VA rating, in my state this makes me exempt from property taxes....

    Yeah fun fact thats not at all whats happening. But it actually should be how it works, considering credit scores were literally created to make an easy means to victimize the poor with higher interest loans that they would be far more likely to need to survive. Credit scores are literally younger than most of the people who would even have a mortgage. Before then poor people were given better rates and repayment options, since you know they literally had less means. But yeah you just REALLY hate poor people so you made a video lieing about something to get others to be mad at the poor, right?
