Hello! 😊 This is the recipe: Ingredients for approx. 35 pieces, depending on the size of the cookies: • 200 g flour • 100 g sugar (I used date syrup) • 200 g ground walnuts • ½ tsp cinnamon • 150 g vegan butter or margarine (I used coconut oil) • 100 g jam (I used wild berries jam) Bake for ca. 15min at 180C degrees, but check after 10min (depending on your oven). Enjoy!
My FAVORITE book series are by Louise Penney, the Armand Gamache series. The audiobooks are wonderful. i re-listen them almost yearly.

Europeans are so blessed to have enchanted summer like this. But summer season here in South Asia is worst than you can imagine. Mostly temperature remains near to 50 degrees and long days with heat waves. That's why we always wish to have a very long winter, at least upto 3 months.
This sounds very exhausting! I can’t stand temperatures higher than 30 degrees, so I can’t imagine what 50 degrees feel like. The winters here can be tough, I actually filmed a video showing what a winter day with -20 degrees looks like.
