I've been really curious what's going to happen to properties in Vacaville which tripled in price during COVID but seem to have slowed (never looked at prices just for sale signs). The developments closer to San Francisco are still being built but the ones on the farthest outskirts of Vacaville have really slowed. One development that I ride my bicycle through hasn't built a home there and probably a year and a half.

I’m sure the vacant lot next door is full of homeless folks and the sidewalks around the house is used as their toilets! No thanks

What a shame ...cutting edge garbage being added to a once beautiful island.

We will see how this goes. As some who works multiple highrises and working with the fire departments I see a lot of the city. When I look at it from above it is so beautiful. And when i get down to the streets its... just a shame. The vacancy in businesses and how dirty it is... people arent as nice but thats a defense to all the homeless and crime. I hope after our voting the way we did and the new mayor this city bounces back. This city is going to be this expensive it should be also just as safe. Bring the crime down the businesses back and clean the streets.

Step outside and the smell is overwhelming as well.

I truly try to be very optimistic and I so hope Laurie can turn it all around, I live and work downtown and drove through the 6th street corridor early evening on the 24th of Dec. and it was really horrible, and that alone does not make SF look great.

Looking forward to new French bistro at Seal Rock Inn which definitely will liven up Sutro Heights neighborhood. Something has to happen to former Louis and Cliff House as it’s where I take visitors to show a truly unique, picturesque side of city.

Its a lot more alive now even more so than before the pandemic. People riding in waymos everywhere and so many things to do. Even upper market is looking 10 times better after renovations

I love the updates on the city. Thank you for sharing them with us. I truly love the city. it's very unique compared to the others on the coast and midwest. I just dont understand why it gets bashed the most out of any city. They criticized it the same way detriot was, and detriot is a lot worse, but its slowly recovering itself and getting their first modern skyscraper in 30 years, i believe. Keep up the good work. It's also one of my inspirations city to take note of for my minecraft city. Also, I am taking note of the homeless. Apparently, it just me, but it seems like most people always hate the city because of the homeless even though they are in every major city. that's not the city problem , but America's problem has always been since the industrialization period.

The City should try really hard to get more television and film production done in the City. I just binged A Man on the Inside and it's a great showcase of the City. Leading up to it, I saw promotional videos and I remembered the many shows were set in the City.
