Installing an Ebay K20/k24 k-swap conversion harness without wire diagram instructions. (unlabeled)
In this video i will be showing you how to label and wire in an EBAY k20/k24 k swap conversion harness into and EG civic. OBD1! wireing is almost identical to DC integra as well but fuel wire is one spot over then civics. (shown in any obd1 ecu pinout) So should be easy to figure that part out with what i have provided. k pro side will remain the same for ek civics and obd2 integras as well, but the pinout on the obd2 plugs will ofcourse be different. (refer to any obd2 ecu pinouts)
hope this helps anyone that made the same mistake and ordered an unlabeled harness as well. at least woth this you wont have to deal with having to return it etc.

My turbo RT Wagon get a new headgasket, manifold repaired and finally a Twin disc! We threw it back on the dyno and let Brian #BHUSTEDTUNED do his magic! I got the chance to work on this really nice Bagged and turbo ls based c10. I go over the stuff that I had to do as well as a few things that I did not get to due to time. It was also due to the truck being sold before it came back to get the rest of the issues addressed and due to that, we sadly never got it to actually put some power down on the dyno. I still hope you guys enjoy the video. 🤟🏽

After driving the car on my old street tune from my old motor for close to a year, I finally got the Blue wagon ready for the dyno. After lots of time and work put on this car it finally made it to the dyno. Motor is a LSV w/95mm STROKER kit built about 10 years ago and never ran. sadly our dyno session was cut short due to clutch issues/ slipping. we originally thought wheel spin till we did a couple more runs and became obvious it was the clutch. as said in the end. call will be back soon with a twin disc and a few other ...
Check on your OLD (AEM) FPR guys! could save you guys an ENGINE!!!

Quick video I ran into on 2 hondas that both had AEM FPR, yes they were both old but thats the point of this video. This is just a heads up on what to look for if you experience the same issues we did. personally, if running any known FPR I will rebuild (change out diaphram) it every so often. Rather spend 50 bux on a rebuilt kit then thousands on a new engine..... food for though guys.

Even tho I should just finish the projects I already have, I could not pass on this clean hatch. watch the video for plans on it. no exact deadline to have it done but hoping 1 moth to fully running after all parts come in. body work will be getting done after its up and running so stay tuned for all of that.

I also ran E85 on my turbo civic and it did the same thing like yours did. So I replaced it with a stronger black thicker diaphragm that is explained on the link below that the guy commented on. Mine doesn't leak no more. I just had to crank the motor with the spark plugs out to get all the gas out. It runs fine now.

I bought a dc2 k20 swapped but it's in bit of a mess have so much to do also the temp gauge don't work but I noticed on the conversion harness there's yellow tags and I found the wires one says fan the other says alt and the third says clt can you please confirm if clt is for the gauge temp... Ur video was the best one explained I've found good job buddy

Just use a map gas or acetylene torch, be careful to only heat the housing. It will just slide right out. Then when installing the new one heat the housing again. It will slide right in.
Sir, eBay harnesses will last you 2 years max before it burns 🔥 down your car 🚗 plz by careful.

I’m looking for someone to assemble my fourth gen trans am twin turbo and full suspension. Everything is new. Bumper to bumper assembly and installation of cage. Crate engine, 4l80e , 9” differential. Top to bottom everything is new for drag and drive event car all part provided. What is your labor and timeframe on something like this. Or do you even want to do it? 427 LS with K member or zz632 I’m undecided but will be ordering everything very soon. Looking for builder/ fabricator/ installer. Thanks!!

Same problem beleive it’s in c101 plug and the k swap conversion harness is usually the issue if you have the immobilizer installed and still have this issue some of the conversion harnesses are pinned incorrect

what cc injectors u using
1000cc would be more then enough. I run 1k cc with e85 and it's a wet shot so deff over kill on the injector. I rather always have more then not enough so smallest I run is usually 1k.

I’m having the same issue. Built lsv turbo. Fuel would come through the feed but wouldnt come out the return. Found out it was the aem regulator. Never thought it would be the regulator. My motor was also flooded with fuel but I never drove it like that, it’s been sitting ever since I’ve had this problem, I hope all I need to do is just get all the fuel out of the oil doing a couple oil changes and I’ll be good 🙏🏽

Thank you for posting this video. I tried everything to separate my turbo housing. I was to the point where I was giving up. Then I found this video. This method worked flawlessly.
Is it recommended to take new shock bushings out , grease them and put them back in? They don't come greased from the factory do they?? I just ordered some new shocks for my truck am trying to figure how to do it all myself...
Did the engine mount fit in perfectly with no mods?
Frame had to be notched on each side about 1" to fit. So no, but yes? Classy mounts were built around eg k mount that were not modified. Only one modified was the rear one. It was to long before.
Was there a lot of cutting?
I'm grateful for this video, had the Sawzall charged up, checked my oxy ace tanks, and got some fresh disks on the grinder......carnage was in the works!
