I like the habit that Emaar always schedule a laser show at 8:30 pm always till March 31st after a AMAZING Emaar NYE, but the bad things is the countdown and new year scenes is skipped because of the event was done

LED was nice, quite colorful, the drum scene and how it was choreographed with ring minis No LED delay, until about 7 seconds I was staring at the middle of the screen searching for the countdown numbers New year display was much better with more colors than previous years 2023 and 2024 with just blue background Fireworks were better than 2023 and 2024 imo, almost gave 2021 fireworks vibes Low power supers for the first two uses were not nice at all, at least for countdown they should have used good height, the second use I could kinda understand since it is a fast beat with minis and supers immediately after each other and immediately transitions into next segment of show As for soundtrack, it was quite interesting, quite soft and calm, a few strong and unusual beats, really liked the soft tones of the beginning with the flags, and the ending after the fireworks

I'd give this year's show a whopping 10/10

That is one of the best soundtracks I have ever heard in ALL OF NYE HISTORY LIKE WTH. Those animations were so gooood. That happy new year screen too. Pros: Almost everything including the Happy new year screen, the fireworks making a 2025, and the music Cons: The countdown screen This show defines perfection This show tells us how good it will be if the screen is not delayed I love the new flag layout too Also another con: the opener is 1m 30 seconds. If u time it perfectly, u will notice that the countdown doesn’t end exactly at 12. 2024 actually begins (I think) after it finishes saying 2025 in the form of a firework The slow countdown imo was perfect for this music. I absolutely loved it.

last year was atleast fine when they turned off the lights during some sections, but this year they only have the base lights, and rings 1 and 2 are like just dark without any lights or lasers pointed at them

So are you going to five guys again? I think since 2022 (my first time at Five Guys), they have reduced the volume during the actual event, as I remember thinking to myself why is the sound so low, but luckily it was enough to be heard in my videos fom 2022 and 2023, and I saw a video from 2021 at Tim Hortons where the sound was almost like normal day fountain show volume, idk why they have reduced the volume, from your livestream last year, you could barely hear the sound, and the stream itself was a bit laggy possibly because many people were livestreaming on ig or video calling to other people at the time. And I have seen another story of the Sheikh as part of the beginning possibly before the flags during the orange laser part
