I've been using this pillow now for three nights. I started off with shoulder pain and that seems to have reduced. However, my upper back is in so much pain. I'm a back and side sleeper so I thought this pillow would be great, but I'm not so sure now. I find the pillow to be quiet low and would prefer a more upright pillow. I'll keep trying it out, but so far, not so good if I'm having additional pain @groovepillow.

hey, i am 32 years of age, and a psychologist . I do not have a serious science background, but in the last 10 years i suffered a disease that required me to always have physiotherapy sessions. now ten years later i am totally healed but have developed a lot of interest in physiotherapy as a career. is it possible to change from psychology to physiotherapy given that they are totally different careers and given my age too? if yes where do i start from?

Shadiest company. They claim to have a 100 day trail with money back guarantee. When I didn't like my pillow and tried to return it they literally did everything they could so I wouldn't return, including trying to convince me to give it away to a charity. When I persisted they tried to get me to ship it internationally on my own money, when the pillow came from Ohio. When I brought this up the guy finally gave me the US return address. I shipped it, had to pay for shipping myself, it was $22. I sent it on April 1st, it arrived on April 6th, it is now May and I still haven't gotten my money back. Worst 100 day trial ever.

**** WARNING ***** Last night I just tried out my Sutera pillow and had nightmares of demons attacking me. I would wake up then fall back to sleep with a different attack. After this happening over and over I threw it to the side grabbing my regular pillow, I slept like a baby with NO MORE nightmares. If someone knows anything about Sutera Pillows let me know because this morning when I looked at the peel a really good it looks like a goats head ???? It has the beard, ears and horns. My mother and grandmother were learning disability physiotherapists. I always respected them so much for their jobs and how much they help people. It is a bit of an under appreciated profession in my opinion. It was interesting to see how it is studying nowadays.

He checked many unis, some are offering pre-registration ( but 2 years program). So please help me. Any uni is offering admissions for Jan intake!?? Shall be very thankful to you.

Physio students are some of the most motivated people I've met. Now that I'm practicing myself, it's always nice to get a student on placement, they all really want to learn and get the most out of it, makes my job more enjoyable, too.

These exercises are super helpful. A Cervical disc herniation has caused terrible numbness that when it happens has seemed to be almost impossible to alleviate. This will do the trick! Thank you!!!
