Folsom has always been know for the largest and one of the most dangerous prison in the country. Folsom is known for its racist practices. It's an awful place. It could easily be located in Mississippi or become a southern state.

I loved living there, but my neighbor was highly racist and rude towards my family... we decided to move because of it. Why are white people so violent? 😢

Anyone who's thinking about buying into the current market in Folsom are nuts! These poorly built homes in small lots aren't homes. They are boxes lined up in the dirt. I can suffocate just by looking at it. They look like homes in the movie Vivarium. @ 700k + @ even say 5.75%, who can afford these homes? Do not buy into this market or you'll be regretted and you won't be able to get out. These boxes were in the High 400k just few years ago. Way overvalued and highly inflated.
