Gen. David Patraeus interviewed by U. Grant Dietz, his great, great grandfather Gen. U.S. Grant.
U.S. Grant Cottage, a national historic landmark, held a fundraising gala in Saratoga Springs, NY in the fall of 2022 to mark the 200th birthday of the 18th president and the man who won the Civil War for the Union army. General Grant died in a the summer of 1885 in a Cottage in Saratoga County after completing his military memoirs. General Patraeus has become somewhat of a Grant scholar himself and as a West Point graduate studied his six-star predecessor.

The Knights of Pythias were there because President Lincoln highly approved of the organization. President Lincoln suggested to the KofP that they ask Congress for a charter. They did and they were the first fraternal order to receive a charter under an act of the US Congress. In the midst of the civil war Justus H. Rathbone founded the KofP in Washington D.C., on Feb. 19th 1864.

Grant died of throat cancer at U.S. Grant Cottage in 7/23/1885 in northern Saratoga County NY. Yes, he was life-long cigar smoker and when newspapers in the North pointed this out during the Civil War the general received cigars by the barrel. Reportedly, he went through 20 per day.

@@Colonel2ndus Grant was given opium for a time, but since he was writing his memoirs during the last 9 months of his life he felt that the opiates "dulled the senses". So his doctors created a mixture of cocaine and water and brushed it onto the back of his tongue and his throat. This gave him some topical relief from the pain without fogging his mind so he could write.

My loves 💜💙❤️🙏 we all have an ancestor and many of us are related by blood 🩸 and we can trace our DNA 🧬 to a specific person like I can with GRANT. As I have many reincarnations on this earth though. It’s more complicated on a spiritual level and I know many of my lives that are not traceable at least I’ve never tried to. Understand that souls are multiple peoples. And for myself I’ve often been many different people on both sides of any conflict at a given time in history. For instance I’m a descendant in my DNA’s families line to the Salem Witch Trails…but on both sides…those who are Judge and those who were tried and killed for witchcraft. Many conflicts between families killing each other is my family’s curse and in order to respect my elders..I chose to honor both sides of this horrific family dynasty of hate and killings. It doesn’t make me weak but it does make me weep. After enlightenment I’ve discovered many other peoples who I’ve been in different families all over the world 🌎 this is a spiritual understanding though of what a soul and souls mean. Genealogy and genealogical records are religious in the nature of the Mormon church and started those records but we all need to know spiritually or temporarily/genealogically to find our tribes ancestors if we so chose to. It’s not needed at all in order to elevate but if your feeling confused by my ancestry and your own families dynasties it may or may not be helpful for you to understand. I was both related to grant and he was an incarnation of mine but so was Joshua chamberlain at the same time. This is a spiritual concept of souls and incantations that I believe…You are certainly allowed to have your own beliefs and opinions on your own spiritually and it’s practice …this is just me telling you my TRUTHS. I hope I haven’t offended anyone by saying this however. If you tell someone you were a witch in a past life then they automatically want to kill you like going back in time to kill hitler or conversely if you tell someone you were a judge at Salem the other side will want to kill you too,.. exactly the same way. In this life we inherited the karmic debt of our previous lives and we start all over again with that debt added into this life’s journey. Some people are truly truly wonderful people who “” quote on quote,.. didn’t deserve god’s punishments for being a good person in this life”” and that’s true on a single level of thought 💭 but they also have the ancestors history golf that generational curse upon themselves to account for. They have that much more of a struggle in this world and it’s karma is applying naturally according to KARMIC LAWS. This is one of the ways that we say that we signed up for this lifetime and why it’s so important to break those generational curses like in the BOOK of RUTH for instance. It’s not a story about a lucky girl who marries a rich man…yes that did happen and she later reincarnated into JESUS as all the prophets are those same incarnations. But her story goes further…She was an outcast after that generation was not under those circumstances of that curse anymore. She submitted to god and his people as “kinda a surf” doing the lowest labor under the adopted tribe and her devotion and hard work earned her freedom for her family and her lineage. It was her reward for her service to god that she is a reincarnation later to become Jesus Christ….but she’s not the only prophet inside of Jesus at that time either. But that’s why Jesus Christ went to a mobite woman of her old tribe however and first claimed that he was the Messiah. It was Ruth in Jesus freeing her linages and her reward for breaking those chains. The book of JOB is the story of that curse and the prophets that came before and those that will come later in those books 📖 of the Hebrew and Christian Bibles. Genesis in the Bible is a record (as best as a desert 🏜 peoples who tell oral stories later to be copied) of those families line before hand and into a pre-Hebrew relationship with the Devine (and I say this very carful because both the Jewish people and Christianity ✝️ both believe in a god that was before time and space and breath and tribes-so my meaning to be carful is just with our names for these people and geographies ..please don’t take offense here). Those family records go farther into the Axial Age and we then get to the original Ayrian race that hitler was so fascinated by returning the “3rd reich..his vision of a new Holy Roman Empire as a unified Germany 🇩🇪 or Deutschland as the German would pronounce it. We get Germany as an English word because of a commander at the outpost in Gaul named germanicus and that’s why English call them that. The Dutch as we know them are different than the German people but before modern Germany 🇩🇪 was a title England used to distinguish High And Low Dutch for those two groups of people. The names we use for people are really changing all over the corse of history depending on which books you are reading and what language they are writing into. In no way am I trying to favor a curse or cause in any of these stories but I’ll point out now that the Swastika used by Germany at the time is an ancient religion and peoples that the Buddhist and Bon peoples as well as other axil aged religions used and that’s why he was into the occult and stealing these relics and treasures. It was a spiritual treasure hunt for him. But even hitler was doing something for god’s plan..and his next incarnation would be added to his new life. This is why it’s silly to think it would be morally right to time travel backwards to kill him…god would just let another’s incarnation take his place. This is also why we must not hurt children we think is evil like in the Omen movies. No child should ever be harmed. It’s your soul responsibility to be better than your ancestor’s heritage and your unknown souls karmic debts “Black hitler reference achieved--Easter egg Much --“Hidden Hen Mixtape 📼 🥚 Reference “ that doesn’t make flying that flag any better today though but hopefully clears up why it’s on BUDDHIST Texts and Statues all over the world and why it’s used also in BON RELIGION which predates BUDDHISM ☸️ ☯️ we don’t have an emoji for this symbol and that’s truly a good thing because we never want people who feel excluded and torn by the horrific crimes of WWII but going forward it’s probably going to be seen somewhere. Please understand and respect all peoples who lost loved ones in conflict and oppression. Bless you All 🙏🙏❤️🙏🙏❤️❤️🛐🧎‍♀️
