Welcome, we are so thrilled you're here! Slow, mindful yoga offers many benefits to people of all ages and abilities and is especially beneficial for caregivers. Yoga4Caregivers is an international movement and service provider inspired by a genuine desire to care for those who care for others. We help caregivers to feel connected, empowered and supported on and off the yoga mat. As a social impact initiative, our #1 goal is to make the evidence-based practices of yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, and mindful movement and other holistic wellness resources accessible to caregivers everywhere. We do this through the generous work of our incredible volunteer Care Team, sponsored partnerships with organizations, businesses, healthcare systems, donors and others who seek to support our unique mission.ð
