Brooks Instrument offers the Brooks Expert Support Tool (BEST) downloadable software, a Windows based application that provides expanded control of Brooks products. This software allows the user to take advantage of servicing tasks that include setup, attribute configuration, diagnostics, troubleshooting, valve tuning and calibration (with License Key). To use the BEST software you will need a PC loaded with the latest version of BEST and diagnostic cable kits.

How is it possible to do the same but with ADAM 4000 modules instead of NI DAQ device? (OS: Win 11 and labVIEW 21)
I got a problem to connect a Brooks SLA 5800. The device is powered by the original brooks RS 485 adapter. However I cannot connect the device via the 2.5 mm jack to Rs 232 Adapter. The device cannot be found, even though the USB-RS232 Adapter is shown in the device manager. Which RS232 to USB Adapter is used in the video? I am using a Digitus with a Prolific PL2303 GT chip inside.
Can this be used for SiCl4 gas?

Hi Peter and Mohamed. Can you please tell me how to re-zero my Brooks 150 slpm CO2 MFC? It has a zero pushbutton, but, pressing this button doesn't change the output of the meter. I always have an offset of 1.5 liters. Is there some special sequence to use the pushbutton? Nice video, by the way! Thanks, Rob
Hi Rob, thank you! Yes, there is a specific sequence to zero the MFC. Please reach out to Applications/Service Department of Brooks Instrument and/or consult the operations manual for the MFC. Since your MFC is 18 years old, I suspect there are going to be limitations on zeroing as electronics age with time.

I want to implement a processor software in Labview, when i run that processor software in the system, which will control the MKS (Mass Flow Controller device) , and each and everytime I want to change the velocity in that software when i run it, then i have t to check the response of cross sensitivity of the sensor which is connected to the MKS device. could you please suggest meif anybody has any idea how to implement the software. thanks in advance
