Environmental Citizen-Suit Landscape: How Legal and Political Shifts Heighten Risk for Business
Originally broadcast December 12, 2024
Moderator: Glenn G. Lammi, Washington Legal Foundation
Panelists: J. Michael Showalter and Bradley S. Rochlen, ArentFox Schiff LLP
About the program: The impending change of federal agency control, when combined with material developments in administrative law and shifts in plaintiffs’ litigation strategies, are likely to serve as a perfect storm upending the status quo in environmental enforcement. Join us as two environmental litigators and thought-leaders provide valuable and timely insights into these developments and how business defendants can positively manage risks posed by the private party enforcement of environmental laws in our new landscape.

I speculate that with Meta's contact uploading and Non-Users policies, along with the data mining users are subjected to, they should be looked out with a fine microscope with regards to all of these robocalls, spam/scam/phishing text messages and emails, considering how the sell consumer data to any and all relevant/interested parties and partners across their platforms. I hope more antitrust suits come from other countries.

Important Facts: Any violation of title II of the ADA is an express violation of the FCA. In the case no materially is found, criminal charges automatically apply under both 18 USC 287 and 371. I have about 100 pages of law to prove this. PAGA Enforcement applies. Thank me later.

10 Amendment ??? Hello??? A State is a Foreign Sovereign Nation. The FEDCorp is a Corporation. IT has NO AUTHORITY to tell a State how to regulate businesses WITHIN Their state.
