The job took about 28 hours! I didn't understand the question about layers. But I try not to create unnecessary ones and merge them whenever possible. I check the tone through Ctrl + Y.

@@nekto_mult You started off painting in gray scale , so you just began with painting values, to add colour did you use an overlay layer on top then did you merge afterwards?

@@nekto_mult This is true. I personally don't mind the way it is being recorded now, I was just trying to find solutions for the aforementioned problem. And I remember this was how people recorded speedpaintings back in the day, but really, you should just record however you feel most comfortable because the process is far more important. 👍
