I had a bright pink volunteer fushia pop up in yard (couple months ago) I plopped it in old dirt/clay pot and now it's beautiful! I noticed today another lone flower. Will do same. I'm curious about something. I have a set of Pyrex mixing bowls and casseroles, 3 in each set that got as young bride in 1982 and have been using them ever since. I'm very attached to them! However, i never see my pattern in anybody's collection, I don't see it in yours either. I did a bit of research and read that my pattern was one of the last colored sets issued before tgey just went to clear in the mid-80s. Mine are pale yellow with a delicate spring green vine along it. Is this just an undesirable pattern? Is it considered ugly? I mean, i love mine, but wonder why i never see it. Any ideas about it?

At first I was like do I want to watch this, I'm not a Pyrex/glass person. I'm so happy I did. You gave me such a good laugh--what does the shelf look like today a year later--there's way more. I'm gonna laugh all day long. And the booth looks good.

Hi Bill! Thanks for taking us along on your shopping trip. There are some many wonderful Christmas items and I especially loved the booth with all the Mid Century lamps!! I noticed at 21:40 there are a pair of Danish Modern lamps with a smoky glass globe. I have the same lamp with the blue glass globe. So cool to see as I've never run across any other than seeing them online. I found mine at the Humane Society thrift store for $9.99 5 yrs ago. Very cool!
