I agree that the buyers agent should present in person when possible .I believe if buyers understood that their agent was simply emailing the offer they would not feel that they are getting the best service for the money they are spending and the trust they are putting in the agent to represent them .In terms fiduciary duty owed to a client/buyer is the buyers interest not best served by an experienced and skilled buyers agent negotiating on their behalf ?

Well if i'm representing the seller then, sure, I would like to be able to ask the buyers agent some questions. A good agent who is representing the buyer will ignore the question "will your buyer pay more?" and simply say "this is what the buyer is prepared to offer at this time" or something along those lines. A good buyers agent will present their clients offer in person to put their best foot forward and to garner any additional information from the seller that they can to help their client.
