Thanks. I changed all 3 bulbs today to LEDs. The wiring loom didn't come out of the hole in the boot and there was no way in hell I could fit the connector through the hole when refitting. I just had it coming out the side, That's how it must have been and I bought the bike from new I couldn't disconnect the odometer either but it wasn't that much of a problem.

I tried to remove the license plate holder, but the top seems to be welded so I can't take it off
Only the rods are welded on supporting plate. There will be two bolts for the holder. Can you please check again?
@@HPRGarage if I take it all, there's no place for back mirror bolt holder, so complicated 😄
It is much easier to remove light bulbs jf you place your hand under it. Not on top

At local paint booth, it costed me around 2200₹ for paint (Candy palm green) and 1000₹ for painting charges!

How about the green cowls under the pillion seat? Screws? Bolts? Push clips?

hi bro, my radiator Fan not working within 20 mins the heat level reaches to 4 and in 30 mins into 5 level
3 Points are nominal, once it crosses 4th point, it indicates there's an issue in cooling system and the system is overheating. Kindly flush the coolant and refill. If the problem persists, visit service centre immediately.

Thanks for your support Nikhil. If there's a non critical leak, aluminium welding can be done. Replacement heat exchanger may cost between ₹2,500-₹3,000.

Bro in my CBR 150 the headlamp bulb fitting is slightly tilted towards left..after fitting LED the low beam pattern is not uniform. is it normal? The same LED is very good in my unicorn 150 any idea?
Hey Vijay Krishnaswamy, Thanks for the query! Firstly, make sure the bulb is H4 type else it will shake or disorient and disperse the beam everywhere. Secondly, adjust the reflector using the bolts behind the headlight assembly for desired beam length and angle. Do it at night, so that will be easy.. I will try to make a video.

@N S Absolutely, you can do that. You need to hook wires parallel from Indicators connection. I will try to make a video for that.

If I remember correctly, the logo was between ₹450 - 500 INR and I fixed it using RTV Silicon sealant. So far there wasn't any problem.
