The quickest way is to use Manfrotto Super Clamps.

@@ProGearTV thank you for the quick reply. For the camera I assume a super clamp with stud to 3/8 to a tripod head. As for the ends of the speed rail, how would you attach or what grip is needed to attach the super clamps to a baby pin? I’m also not sure how to rig a safety to the camera or super clamp as these would be high up and with the subject below, a hit would be fatal.

For camera mounting of most sizes, I would use something like this: Kupo 3/8"-16 Threaded Mounting Plate with Baby 5/8" Stud On the camera, use the camera strap mounting points to place a safety cable through and then around the Speedrail. Mount a cold shoe 2 way level on the camera so that you can see when the sensor is level to the ground. This will help frame your shot. Tether in and use live view on capture one or Lightroom As for the tripod and super clamp. The super clamp has a baby pin receiver, also called a 5/8 stud or spigot. Just be sure to tighten down of the thumb screw because the safety pin does not always engage.

I would not use any other brand of super clamps, other than Manfrotto or Matthews. I have had other brands break in half just from tightening it down.

Most Bowens mount speed rings that take rods will work but I would go for a more reputable company to hold that large and expensive modifier. I’m assuming that your large pancake still only has 4 rods. Here’s one speed ring on BH: Profoto RFi Speed Ring for Bowens I can’t guarantee it will fit your exact setup but all the piece theoretically fit. I just don’t have that setup in front of me. Hope this helps.

Hey Jack, B&H has a selection but I’d go with the Westcott Bowens mount speedring. The Aputure LS lights have tight margins on the mount area because of the metal collar. I prefer a longer straight bowens speedring rather than short then taping quickly after the locking pins (standouts) www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/213455-REG
