Pellow Ceramics

Pellow Ceramics is a small batch pottery in the Highlands of Scotland.
Partner's in life and now also in crime, Ian throws pots and bowls on the wheel while Chris hand builds the more whimsical pieces. Every piece is lovingly decorated and glazed with dinner and foodsafe glazes.

Still trying to get into the swing of recording videos. :)
Showing some of the pieces created ahead of the craft fair at the Corran Halls in Oban in July. I can honestly say, I am sooo pleased with how all the pieces turned out.
It was all going well untiI stopped the camera while getting the pieces out of the way to unload the botton shelf and I hit the wrong button. Nothing recorded after that , doh!
I've quickly taken some shots of the rest and you'll see them at the end of the video. Let me know which ones you like the most! Or if you have any questions, do not hesitate to dm me or leave your question in the comments.

This labour of love is finally finished. It took me a little while to replicate all the detail of a chimney wall from our son's early teenage room onto an A5 size ceramic piece but it's done! You can read a bit more about the story behind this piece on our blog: www.pellowceramics.co.uk/blog

Finishing off the 3rd glazing layer of this piece. The it will be glaze fired in the kiln to 1220Celcius. You can read the story behind this labour of love on our blog (link in profile)
