Thanks for the video! Very sad what is happening. I plan to be in Chiang Mai at the end of November for a road trip around the north, do you think the floods will be cleared up by then?
It's hard to say if the floods will be cleared up by then, but for this week we expect no rain and today the water level already dropped quite some inches. Let's hope there will be no more water from up north. A lot of areas are affected, like the road to Pai, Chang Dao & Chiang Rai as well.
